The Executive Committee serves as the governing body responsible for managing and overseeing the Chapter’s administration. It includes elected representatives from various sectors, chosen by the General Body, along with government-appointed members from different Kerala state departments.
To ensure flexibility and inclusivity, the committee can also bring in additional members as needed. Currently, it consists of 18 members, each contributing valuable expertise to guide the Chapter’s operations and decision-making.
Leadership & Key Office Bearers
The Labour Minister of Kerala acts as the Ex-Officio Patron, offering strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with government policies.
For smooth and efficient functioning, the following key office bearers are appointed:
Chairman – Leads meetings, sets strategic direction, and ensures the Chapter’s goals are achieved.
Vice-Chairmen (2) – Assist the Chairman and take charge when needed.
Honorary Secretary – Manages official communication, keeps records, and oversees the execution of decisions.
Honorary Joint Secretary – Supports the Secretary in administrative and operational tasks.
Honorary Treasurer – Manages finances, ensures transparency, and maintains financial records
